Fish Fillet in Breadcrumbs

Ingredients for Fish Fillet in Breadcrumbs with cheese:

Fish fillets - 3 pieces (900 grams)
Olive or sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
Lemon juice - 1/2 pieces
Salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup (70 grams)
Cheese  - 1/4 cup (20 grams)
Parsley - a twig
Foil - for baking

Preparation of Fish Fillet in Breadcrumbs:

Turn the oven to the 23 0C degrees.
Fillet cut into steaks. Each steak with oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper on both sides.

Three cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley. Mix in a deep plate breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley.

Each piece of fillet dipped in this mixture and spread on a lattice (this will help to make a crispy crust). Under the grate put the pan that covers the foil (it will drain the juice).
Then, each steak sprinkled with oil (to our crackers flushed) and put bake in the oven (top shelf) for 15 minutes, or until cooked fish.
