We will need these thing for Tagliatelle with smoked salmon:

Fresh Tagliatelle - 250 g
Smoked Salmon - 100g
Heavy Cream 33% - 250 ml
Garlic - 1 clove
Chives - 1 bunch
Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 g
Olive oil
Sea salt

Cooking Method of Tagliatelle with smoked salmon:

Cut onion and chop the same garlic. cut salmon into long cubes.
In a deep frying pan, fry the onion and garlic.
In unsalted water cook tagliatelle for a minute.
Drain the water and add to the pan. Reduce fire and gently interfere.
Immediately pour the cream and stir it. Give the cream a boil.
Add the salmon followed immediately by a little parmesan and cream evaporated. Stir it about a minute.

Give a little stand. If you want salt, just add a little bit as per your taste.
In the end, you can drive a raw egg yolk and mix thoroughly (to be nice) or add a red caviar to make it even more beautiful.
