Carbonara with Chicken and Mushrooms |
Things to be needed for Carbonara with Chicken and Mushrooms recipe:
Calorie: 224 kcal
Chicken fillet: 2 pieces
Spaghetti: 400g
Fresh mushrooms: 250g
Cream: 40% CIs of 200 ml
Smoked bacon: 6 slices
Dry white wine: 100 ml
Egg yolk: 2 pieces
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Chopped parsley: 10 g
method of cooking fro Carbonara with Chicken and Mushrooms:
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Fry the finely diced chicken until it is golden brown. Then, shift it to a plate.
In a frying pan, add the chopped bacon and sliced mushrooms into cubes and fry for about 5 minutes.
In boiling water, cook pasta until it turns tender.
Meanwhile, reduce heat under the pan with the mushrooms and pour in the wine and cream. Bring to a boil, add the chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate for 1-2 minutes. Then, one by one, enter the yolks, whisking constantly with a fork.
Put the pasta into the pan and stir well. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
