Ingredients for Rice Soup:

Water: 2 liters
Chicken fillet: 250 grams
Potatoes: 350 grams
Rice: 80 grams
Canned corn: 1 jar
Greens: a few sprigs
Salt: 0.5 spoon

Preparation Method for the Recipe of Rice Soup:

In a saucepan pour the water, bring it to a boiling point.
Cut Chicken fillet into cubes and put them into the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Broth cook over low heat, if need be, remove the fizz.
In a skillet rice add water, cook until tender, for about 20 minutes. Pour rice in a colander, rinse with boiling water, and drain off the water.
While the rice is cooked, diced potatoes, and send in a pot with the broth. Boil potatoes until tender, then add salt soup.
When the potatoes are ready, add the rice and corn, with corn previously drained. Simmer the soup for 2 minutes, try salt in it. If necessary, do so by keeping the stove lit for 2 minutes to have a hot soup.

Chop the greens, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
