Mexican Lamb Lolls Recipes.

the recipe of the most delicious Mexican rolls
Mexican Lamb Lolls
The lamb fillet - 450 gram of
Cloves of garlic - 2
Chili powder - 2 table spoons
Tomato paste - 2 table spoons
Sunflower oil - 2 table spoons
Onion, sliced - 1
Red bell pepper, sliced - 1
Yellow pepper, sliced - 1
Zucchini into thin strips - 1
Salt – as per need
Pepper – as per need
8 finished tortillas
Sour cream 18% - 1.5 dl

Explanation for preparation:
Cut lamb fillet into thin slices and place in a bowl. Add garlic, chili powder and tomato paste and mix well.
You have to heat the oil in a large frying pan and then fry the meat for 4-5 minutes until it is lightly browned.
While you done with the meat brown in color, add the onion, peppers and courgettes and cook all of these, stir high heat 3-4 minutes until the onions are just tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas. Put spoonful of a little lamb fillet in the center of each tortilla and bring a little sour cream to it. Roll them together and cut the rolls crosswise.
