Cheese Envelopes with Cherry Sauce recipes

1/2 cup pitted cherries, 2 tbsp. tablespoons zest, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup seedless raisins, 250 grams of butter, 1.5 cups flour, 1 tbsp. spoon of starch, 200 g cheese, 200 g cheese, 1 egg, ground nutmeg to taste.


Prepare dough from flour, cottage cheese, nutmeg and salt.
