Chak Chak is the world famous Eastern dessert, which is ranked among the dishes of the Bashkir and Tatar cuisine. Chak Chak it represents cookie-firewood in honey caramel. The result is something like roasted nuts. Tasty, but high-calorie.

To prepare of Chak Chak dish you need:


5 eggs ,
4 cups flour (250 ml. each)
1/2 cup milk (about 125 ml.)
2 tablespoons sugar (tea)
1/2 teaspoon salt .
A syrup we need:
about 350 gr. honey
and 250 gr. of sugar

Preparation of Chak Chak:


Knock in a glass egg mass, add the sugar, then salt, half a glass of milk, then flour. Add as much flour as to obtain a soft dough, like ravioli.

The resulting dough is put into a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
Then roll out the dough thinly and cut into narrow flagella and cilia themselves cut into thin beads.

Get the ball in the deep fryer to fry, pre-buttered.

Fry is necessary small portions, so that the dough was floating in oil freely.

After roasting balls, pass them in a deep pot.

How to cook the syrup for chak chak:


Heat the honey in a saucepan, over medium heat, and gradually stir, sprinkle with sugar.
