Inside Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe


This is a new take on the classic sandwich. This sandwich offers a new take of the classic grilled cheese. The following ingredients are needed for this recipe: 
 2tbs butter 2 slices of bread
 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a skillet melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter is melted put the bread over it. Put ½ cup of the cheese onto one slice of the bread. Put the other slice of bread over the cheese. Add 2tbs of cheese to the top of this sandwich. Flip the sandwich over. The cheese on top should be facing down. Add the remaining cheese to the top of this sandwich. Cook until the cheese on the bottom is caramelized. This should take around 3 minutes. Flip the sandwich and allow the other side of the cheese to caramelize for another 3 minutes.

Spicy Grilled Cheese


This grilled cheese sandwich recipe add a kick to the classic sandwich. It has a nice spicy to it for a new take but is now overpowering.

The following ingredients are going to be needed:

 2 tbs butter 4 slices bread
 3 slices American cheese 1 tomato, sliced
 ¼ of an onion, chopped 1 chopped jalapeno pepper

To make this spicy sandwich a person is going to need to put the butter in a skillet. It should be melted over low heat. Once the butter is melted put two slices of bread in the pan. Put a slice of cheese over each piece. Add the tomato, onions, and jalapeno pepper. Add a slice of bread over each of the bread slices in the pan. Allow the bread to brown on the bottom. Once the bottom of the bread becomes lightly browned flip the bread over. Allow the other side of the bread to brown and then serve. The jalapeno will give this sandwich a little kick without being too hot to eat.
