How to Cook Cheese Muffins
Ingredients for Cheese Muffins for 10-12 pieces
Paste 250 grams cottage cheese (my usual 9% slightly softened with milk)
3 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 pt. Of vanilla sugar (10 grams)
1 pt. Of baking powder (15 g can be less)
250 grams flour
1-2 tbsp milk lubricant
Preparation of Cheese Muffins
First of all blend fluff up the cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until smooth.
Now sift the flour with baking powder and press the soft sticky bread.
Lay the baking tray with baking paper and grease with sunflower oil. It’s time to damp hands to form a bun, put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190C for about 12 minutes.
Then get the rolls, brush with milk (brush), you can sprinkle a little sugar, and again put in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until browning.
