Corn Pancakes Mmeat-filled.

Pancakes baked with corn flour are particularly suitable as galettes and get a tasty Mexican sensation while the filling is seasoned with a sharp but not overwhelming taste of chili. Let it be tried to be learnt.

Things required:
Pancake batter
75g plain flour
75 g corn flour
3 cups of milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
35g margarine
FILL
2 onions
20g margarine
300g minced beef
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon chili or cayenne pepper

Method of Preparation:
Dough: Mix flour, corn flour and milk. Mix then salt and eggs with each other. Wait for the margarine to melt, let it cool and mix it with other mass.
Make pancakes in a frying pan to fry until light brown on each side.
Filling: Make sure onions are chopped finely and fried in a pan of grease. Add the beef in it and fry for another few minutes. Tomato should be pasted and seasoning mixing. Then, wait for it for ten minutes for being simmered.
You take a baking dish and butter it inside. Adding the filling out of the pancakes and roll up on it and place in the dish. The closure must be facing down being surfaced lightly.
The dish executed in the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
