Cheese Envelopes with Cherry Sauce.

Cheese Envelopes with Cherry Sauce recipes
Ingredients:

1/2 cup pitted cherries, 2 tbsp. tablespoons zest, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup seedless raisins, 250 grams of butter, 1.5 cups flour, 1 tbsp. spoon of starch, 200 g cheese, 200 g cheese, 1 egg, ground nutmeg to taste.

Preparation:

Prepare dough from flour, cottage cheese, nutmeg and salt.
Filling:
 Cheese grate, mix with egg, lemon zest and chopped and steamed with raisins.
Dough rolls out thinly on a floured board and cut into squares. On the squares put the filling, fold in half in a triangle. Lubricate envelopes egg and fry in butter on both sides.
Cherry and lemon juice to boil, pour diluted with cold water starch, stir.
Pour this sauce envelope.
